Life in Lenox Village.

Lenox Village is a pocket found on the east side of Brentwood, stretching down Nolensville Road. Right smack in between Nolensville proper, Cane Ridge, and Brentwood, it is such a convenient (and potentially underrated) space.

When you drive through the area, you’ll find multiple mixed-use developments with retail / restaurant spaces coupled with condos, townhomes, and sometimes single-family homes. I love this type of neighborhood for a certain stage of life. Maybe you’re moving to Nashville and want to build a community outside of the city or you’re starting a family and want the suburban lifestyle without the yard work. Lenox Village might be a good consideration if you fall into one of these categories (or you’re an investor wanting to rent to one of these categories).

Back to the three areas surrounding Lenox Village… You’re a stone’s throw from a great part of Brentwood, driving past parks and luxurious neighborhoods as you head to Brentwood proper. On the other hand, the drive to downtown Nolensville is less than ten minutes. Aside from the charm of the small-town environment, Nolensville has great restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops I.e. Tito’s, Cornell Brothers, the Amish Market, etc. Last but not least, Cane Ridge is one of the most rapidly-growing developments in Nashville. Recently opening a Tanger Outlets, multiple restaurants surrounding, and the Nashville Soccer Club’s practice facilities, there is still plenty in the works for Cane Ridge (In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, Logan’s Roadhouse, an authentic oriental supermarket, etc.).

All that being said, if you’re looking for a more affordable area that will allow you to enjoy the perks of multiple neighborhoods less than 10 minutes away, I’d look into Lenox Village. If you have questions or thoughts, I’d love to hear them.

Happy neighborhood hunting! xx
