  1. 15-minute phone introduction for you to give me a broad overview of your needs to determine the buyer process

  2. 30-minute to 1-hour buyer consultation in-person or on zoom to learn about the process, ask questions, and clearly define exactly what you’re looking for so we don’t waste time or miss out on a property

  3. Property shopping in the field to identify top areas and properties

  4. Writing an offer and negotiating

Feel comfortable and informed whilst moving by allowing me to strategize on and list your property for sale. My process is as follows:

  1. 30-minute pre-listing interview for you to give me a broad overview of your needs to determine the listing process

  2. 1-hour listing consultation in-person to learn about the process, hone in on the strategy that meets your timeline / priorities, and preview the property

  3. Series of meetings to develop the strategy you’re comfortable with, prep the house accordingly, whether that be with staging or maintenance, and gather marketing content

  4. Property goes live on the market and is shown via open houses and private showings according to your schedule / timeline

  5. Offers vetted, negotiated, and eventually accepted / rejected

Plan and feel supported in relocating to the Greater Nashville area by allowing me to guide you through the neighborhood and property selection journey. My process is as follows:

  1. 30-minute phone introduction for you to give me a broad overview of your needs to determine the relocation process

  2. 1-hour buyer consultation on zoom to learn about the area, process of purchasing, ask questions, and clearly define what you’re looking for so that your move if efficient and a positive experience

  3. Based off lifestyle preferences determined in Step 2, physically tour neighborhoods to hone in on area

  4. 30-minute pre-showing consultation to discuss thoughts after neighborhood previews & return to home preferences

  5. Property shopping in the field to determine top properties

  6. Writing an offer and negotiating
